In-Field training / Up Skilling

Safeworking expertise is built through training, experience and exposure to real-world rail environments. We understand that developing capable, confident people takes time, support and the right opportunities.

We actively invest in our people and support those who want to grow. This includes in-field mentoring, working alongside experienced operators, exposure to different network environments, shadowing, and opportunities to take responsibility for their own projects.

We also support external development through further training, guidance and assistance with evidence and competency requirements.
